Returns and Refund Policy

1. No Returns

We are sorry that we cannot accept pet food returns. We stand by our products satisfactory results. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily refund your first order.

2. Replacements

If your order is compromised or damaged upon arrival (open/pierced package or spoiled food) please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt in order for us to address your issue.

3. Limited Refunds

As we guarantee satisfaction with our food products, we will refund the amount of your first order if you are not satisfied with our food. Our online services are subscription-based and all subsequent food orders are non-refundable.

4. Request Process

If you need to make a replacement or refund request (or have any questions about this policy), please contact us at via email at info@elzies.com.

We may require you to return any order to us in return for an approved replacement or refund. You are responsible for your shipping costs to make a return.
